Shipping & Delivery
Cyrus Artisan Rugs provides free weekday delivery services within the Twin Cities metro area. Our delivery people are happy to move basic items of furniture, including standard size tables and sofas, and lay the rug for you. Large items, such as pianos, oversized and heavy stone pieces, etc. need to be moved by a professional mover secured by the customer prior to our rug delivery.
All rug orders within the United States will be shipped via standard ground service through UPS or FedEx, with applicable shipping charges. We also provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada for an additional cost. For one-of-a-kind rugs, please allow 24-48 hours after order confirmation for the rug to be prepared for shipment from our showroom. Once shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
Items less than 150 lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground, but can be expedited for an additional charge. Delivery of items over 150 lbs. are scheduled through a 3rd party freight service.
The customer will incur the shipping charges both ways for samples/swatches/rugs shipped, upon approval, for viewing and returning. For return of items, contact Cyrus for a Return Authorization and a UPS call-tag pick up of the item will be scheduled. The package must be opened carefully, so the packaging can be re-used for return shipping. If you have a rug shipped to you on approval, and you decide to purchase it, the shipping charge will be waived. Please contact our showroomcontact our showroom for details
